Our Team

Pastor Mike is an Ordained Minister in the International Pentecostal Holiness Church. He is also a retired schoolteacher who has a Master's degree in special education, and is also a certified school administrator.
During his 42 years of work in public education, Mike served in many capacities. His largest role was that of being a Head Football Coach at 2 universities and 3 high schools. Mike is the inventor of the Modern Day Spread Offense and the Run Pass Offense. Currently, he helps to train coaches in these systems.
Pastor Mike is the author of the book entitled "I Surrender", which was released in 2020 by Trilogy Publishing. Along with that, he offers in conjunction with our church a podcast titled "Mike Springston FFC"
